
First things first – and without sugarcoating anything ever –, you must be aware that, in terms of fat loss, the most effective way will forever be to just KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT more often (I don’t mean in the sense of speaking less but in the sense of EATING less 😅). If you look in the mirror and realize you’re carrying more body fat than you should, it means you’re eating more food than you should. It’s that freakin’ simple! If you consume fewer calories than what you spend, over time, you’ll lose fat, end of story…
Anyway, and with this said, you can still use certain natural dietary supplements to give you just a little extra help by accelerating your metabolism (in bodybuilding terms, the process of making your body burn calories) and/or by facilitating the process of converting fat cells into energy (just don’t expect any miracle if you’re still consuming more calories than you should) like I do and recommend, based on my research on the usefulness, safety, and efficacy of each, according to either empirical evidence (with some studies being more robust than others, depending on the specific case) or even anecdotical one (which, despite being substantially inferior to the former, shouldn’t be fully discarded, especially when no scientific studies have been performed yet).
NOTE: With this in mind, you must always take into account that there’s no point in even worrying about taking supplements if your diet isn’t nutritionally varied and well-balanced. They simply won’t work! There’s a reason why this category of products is called “supplements” and not “substitutes”. As the name implies, they’re used to SUPPLEMENT your diet, not to replace it (nor to prevent or treat any disease).
