
These are the books that I either own, have read, or listened to (in the case of certain audiobooks) related to the vast field that goes by many different names, such as “self-motivation”, “self-help”, “self-improvement”, and a lot more of “self’s”, as its main purpose is to conscientize you to work on your SELF and to motivate you in that direction. When you get “spiritually” more aware, motivated, and confident about your own needs, abilities, and goals, you can apply the learned lessons to the other more specific fields that will lead you to become the best version of yourself (e.g., productivity, finance, fitness, seduction, among others). Together with each recommendation, I add a brief summary of the work’s main theme and why I specifically recommend it.
