
The man who wishes to become the best version of himself knows how fundamental it is to follow a regular physical exercise routine that he enjoys, which helps him stay in the best shape possible while preserving (and preferably improving) his health. I can’t recommend the specific routine, as every person is unique, but I can certainly recommend the items I personally use and that have helped me a lot, both in terms of the equipment and paraphernalia I use for my home-based workouts and also my (always natural) dietary supplementation (and the online stores where I normally acquire them).
