
You can find below the different categories of natural dietary supplements I personally take and recommend to help me improve my fitness performance (and health) and accelerate my desired results, based on my research on the usefulness, safety, and efficacy of each, according to either empirical evidence (with some studies being more robust than others, depending on the specific case) or even anecdotical one (which, despite being substantially inferior to the former, shouldn’t be fully discarded, especially when no scientific studies have been performed yet).
NOTE: With this in mind, you must always take into account that there’s no point in even worrying about taking supplements if your diet isn’t nutritionally varied and well-balanced. They simply won’t work! There’s a reason why this category of products is called “supplements” and not “substitutes”. As the name implies, they’re used to SUPPLEMENT your diet, not to replace it (nor to prevent or treat any disease).
